1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and phking365 ("phking365," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the phking365 website located at phking365.asia and all associated services, games, and features (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing the phking365 Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety, together with the phking365 Privacy Policy and any game-specific rules or promotional terms published on the Platform. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, you must immediately cease using the phking365 Platform.

phking365 reserves the right to amend this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Eligibility

To register and use the phking365 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age. This is the minimum legal age for casino-style gambling in the Philippines as regulated by PAGCOR.
• You must be a natural person and not a corporation, partnership, trust, or other legal entity.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gambling activities under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of phking365, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the phking365 Platform or any affiliated platform.

phking365 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including government-issued identification and proof of address. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.

3. Account Registration

Each individual may register only one (1) account on the phking365 Platform. The registration of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.

When registering your phking365 account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and any other information requested during registration.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to ensure it remains accurate and complete at all times.
• Keep your phking365 login credentials strictly confidential and not share your username or password with any third party.
• Notify phking365 support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account.
• Accept full responsibility for all activities conducted through your phking365 account, whether authorized by you or not, until you notify phking365 of any unauthorized access.

phking365 reserves the right to refuse registration or close any account at its sole discretion, including where phking365 reasonably suspects that the information provided is inaccurate, fraudulent, or in violation of this Agreement.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

phking365 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Philippine payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Additional payment methods may be added or removed at phking365's discretion.

• All payment methods used on phking365 must be registered in your own name. Third-party deposits and withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum withdrawal amounts are specified in the phking365 cashier section and may vary by payment method.
• phking365 does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which phking365 accepts no responsibility.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification (KYC). phking365 may require submission of a valid government-issued ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before processing withdrawals above specified thresholds.
• phking365 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending completion of KYC verification, fraud investigation, or compliance review.
• All transactions on phking365 are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).

5. Bonuses & Promotions

phking365 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any promotion-specific terms published alongside each offer:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered phking365 players only. phking365 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier is specified in each promotion's individual terms.
• Bonus funds may only be used on games specified in the relevant promotion. Certain games may contribute at reduced rates toward wagering requirements.
• phking365 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or circumvent bonus terms – including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated play, or other fraudulent means – will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and may result in account suspension.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between phking365 accounts or exchanged for cash outside of the applicable wagering requirements.

6. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the phking365 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering or using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age or otherwise ineligible under Section 2 of this Agreement.
• Registering more than one phking365 account or assisting another person in circumventing the one-account policy.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the phking365 Platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, chip dumping, or coordinated play designed to gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the phking365 Platform. Any such vulnerabilities must be reported to phking365 support immediately.
• Using the phking365 Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any point during your use of the Platform.
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts, damages, or impairs the phking365 Platform or the experience of other players.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the phking365 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game software, audio, video, and the overall design and layout of the Platform, is the exclusive property of phking365 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the phking365 Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the phking365 Platform without prior written consent from phking365.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phking365 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the phking365 Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

phking365 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. phking365 shall not be liable for any losses arising from technical failures, internet connectivity issues, or circumstances beyond phking365's reasonable control.

In all cases, phking365's total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your phking365 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9. Account Suspension & Termination

phking365 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of this Agreement.
• Failure to satisfy eligibility requirements or provide requested verification documents.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Reasonable suspicion of bonus abuse or exploitation of Platform vulnerabilities.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Instruction from a regulatory authority or law enforcement agency.

Upon account closure, phking365 will return any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) to the player via their registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

10. Responsible Gaming

phking365 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and player welfare. phking365 provides the following tools to all registered players to help manage their gaming activity:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your phking365 account.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts to notify you of time spent on the Platform.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your phking365 account for a defined period.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the phking365 Platform. Self-exclusion requests are irrevocable for the duration of the exclusion period.

phking365 will not sell your personal data to third parties. phking365 may share data with payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory authorities as required by law or necessary to operate the Platform.

12. Amendments to These Terms

phking365 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, phking365 will notify registered players via the email address or mobile number associated with their account, or by posting a notice on the phking365 Platform. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms and Conditions periodically. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions or your use of the phking365 Platform shall first be submitted to phking365 customer support for informal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it shall be referred to the appropriate Philippine regulatory authority or court of competent jurisdiction.

phking365 operates in alignment with PAGCOR's regulatory framework. Players who believe their complaint has not been adequately addressed by phking365 may escalate their concern to PAGCOR through official channels.
